Just fill out the application form and be sure to tell us all of the AWESOME things you and/or your gang get up to!
Whether that's hoisting loads of trophies, hosting BIG beach cleanups, planting flowers in alleyways or helping ladybirds cross the street - we want to hear all about it! The prouder you are, the better!
We'll post a poll on the Racz Group Facebook page and you'll have one week to get as many votes for your cause as possible by tagging and sharing the pants off the post.
The team with the most votes will receive a whopping grant of £1000. The teams in second and third place will each receive £500.
